Brain in Repose

This early piece marks the beginning of my exploration into transformation, care-based processes, and the emotional potential of discarded materials. Though the techniques and forms were still developing, the core ideas—reclaiming value, working slowly with overlooked materials, and using traditional domestic crafts to express complex inner states—were already present. In many ways, this work laid the foundation for the themes that now define my practice: that nothing is truly disposable, and that tenderness can be a radical act.
